Mr. Gibbons is in his fourth year as headteacher at Langford Primary School. He leads many aspects of the school, including safeguarding; assessment; teaching and learning and KS2 reading. He has an MA in Effective Learning (Distinction) from the Institute of Education – UCL. Prior to being headteacher at Langford, Mr. Gibbons worked across numerous schools in Westminster and Hillingdon as an advanced skills teacher and Senior Leader. He is also a member of the DFE's Headteacher Reference Group and leads on curriculum and teaching and learning for United Teaching.
Mrs. Kidds is in her fourth year as deputy headteacher at Langford Primary School. Some of Mrs. Kidds' key roles include being the deputy-designated safeguarding lead; leading on the school curriculum; mentoring newly qualified teachers and leading the EYFS. Before joining Langford, Mrs. Kidds was a senior leader in a large school in Vietnam, where she also began her NPQH.
Ms. Cooper is in her third year as the SENCO at Langford Primary School. She also leads on the behaviour and pastoral team at Langford. She is in the process of completing her National Award for Special Educational Needs Co-ordination with the Insitute of Education – UCL. In her previous role Ms. Cooper was the KS1 leader of a school in Westminster. She is level 3 child protection trained and is part of the safeguarding team.
Ms. Forby is the business manager at Langford Primary School. She has numerous responsibilities, which includes the management of school accounts and HR systems. Ms. Forby has a degree in economics (accounting) and has many years experience working in the private sector before joining Langford Primary School.
